Seascape is a 330-acre beachfront community located in Miramar Beach in beautiful South Walton County on the Florida Panhandle. 

Seascape is a large and diverse property that contains 1,429 units and over 100 residential buildings. The property includes both modern high rises and quaint garden villas.

Seascape’s 1,429 units range in size from one-bedroom condos to four-bedroom penthouses. The earliest units were built in 1976 and the most recent units were added in 2025. A total of 2,500 units are approved for development on the property. 

Many Seascape units are available for rent through local rental agencies and also directly from their owners.

Seascape offers many fantastic amenities, including a 2,000 ft stretch of white sand beach that is within easy walking distance of the entire property.
