Trouble Shooting Instructions for Basic Cable


If you are having issues with your Cable reception, please carefully follow the instructions below.


Note: If you are a rental guest, first try to contact the company or person you rented through. If you are unable to reach them and would like to try to resolve the situation immediately, please do the following.


Cox Cable

Please email communitycare@cox.com providing your full address, which includes; building number, street name, and unit number. Please include a call back number so Cox Community Care may schedule a technician or a call to the owner to get the Cable restored.


Do not call the number that appears on the television screen. This number is for the entire Panhandle area and they will not be able to assist you as we have a special bulk program. Please send an email as instructed above.


NOTE: IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER, PROPERTY MANAGER, RENTER OR GUEST TO CONTACT COX CABLE.


The HOA office will become involved ONLY after Cox has attempted a remote rest AND if necessary, you may contact the HOA office at 850.424.4106 and we will work with the Cox Care team to get a resolution.
