Due Date: Payment is due by close of business on the last day of the following month. Failure to pay ticket by due date may result in further action.

Hearing Notice: Each ticket serves as notice of a hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the next month to be held at Seascape where you may contest this ticket as provided by FL Statute.

Each ticket has been issued by Seascape HOA under powers granted by FL Statute 720.305 and Seascape HOA Governing Documents.

Photos must show correction** in order to complete the appeal.

**Correction: All six vehicle pass fields completed OR decal affixed to the lower drivers side windshield.

Vehicle passes are only valid for a maximum of 15 consecutive days. Passes written for longer than 15 days are considered invalid and will result in a $25 ticket.
