Seascape offers 6 clay pickleball courts. The courts are available for play for year round from 8am to 10pm, weather permitting. The pickleball courts are free for use for all Seascape owners, renters, and guests. Seascape pool bands are required to verify your access to Seascape amenities, so please bring yours with you.

The pickleball courts are located in the Triangle neighborhood of Seascape. Triangle is located in the center of the Seascape property. Please see accompanying maps.

Group Play

Seascape has a thriving pickleball community that offers group play on weekdays. The times vary by season, ranging from mornings and late afternoons in the winter months to 7 pm - 9 pm in the summer months. Days and times are posted on the Seascape Pickleball Facebook group.

The Seascape pickleball community welcomes players of all levels and many Seascapers have learned to play pickleball for the first time at Seascape. We enjoy having spectators, too.

Pickleball Tournaments

The Seascape pickleball community coordinates tournaments from time to time. Please visit our tournament page for info on upcoming tournaments.

Court Rules

The courts are generally open from 8 am – 10pm, weather permitting. The courts are often closed for two hours mid-day at 11:45 AM due to the court sprinkler system. Courts are closed if there is puddling or excessive water on the courts. Courts are closed from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursday for weekly maintenance.

Play is on a first-come basis. If people are waiting, please limit your play to 1 hour total for singles or 1.5 hours for doubles.

Please wear clay-court friendly shoes (i.e., not too much tread).

Other rules are posted at the courts.

Note: We recommend use of Onix Pure 2 outdoor balls for play on the clay courts. Other types of balls may not perform well on the clay.

For more information, please visit the Seascape Pickleball Facebook group. If you would like to receive email updates regarding the court closures please email admin@visitseascape.com.
