Seascape HOA Group Usage Requet

Seascape HOA Group Usage Request

SEASCAPE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Due to on-going conflicts related to the usage of certain types of group usage of HOA Common Areas, the following new procedures will be effective immediately.

All use of HOA Common Areas by organized groups must be pre-approved in writing by the HOA Office.

Common areas shall include at least the following: HOA swimming pools, basketball court, pickleball courts, tennis courts, or other amenities. Seascape amenities are not intended for public usage.

Usage shall relate to any type of activity by an organized group of people that may limit or impact the ability of others to use the area concurrently. Examples might include a birthday party or other social gathering in a Common Area that requires significant space, group water aerobics classes in an HOA swimming pool, group use of the basketball court that might prevent others from using it, etc.

All groups must be organized/hosted by a Seascape owner or a short or long-term renter.

If you are part of a group that seeks to use a pool or other HOA Common Area, please fill out the form or email a usage request to the HOA Office. Please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice on all requests.

The HOA Office will review all requests as quickly as possible and confirm back. As necessary, the HOA reserves the right to adjust start times or other elements as necessary to deconflict usage requests and otherwise assure a quality experience for all members of the community.

Permission for ongoing/recurring events (e.g., water aerobics classes) must be renewed quarterly. All other requests expire as of the end time of the event.
