POOLS
Pools at Seascape
Seascape offers a total of 12 pools for your enjoyment. No matter where you’re located on the property, you will find one or more pools nearby.
Pool wrist bands are required for access to all Seascape pools. Please contact your rental company if pool bands were not left in your unit. If you are an owner, please contact the HOA Office to obtain new pool bands.
Of the 12 pools on property, the following five pools are available for use by all Seascape owners and guests.
- Triangle Pool
- Tennis Village Pool (heated pool)
- Golden Pond Pool
- Lakefront Pool (heated pool)
- Boardwalk Pool (heated pool)
The Seascape HOA has 5 pools. Tennis Village, Boardwalk and Lakefront pools are currently the only pools heated. 2 HOA pools also have Kiddie Pools. Those 2 are Triangle pool and Tennis Village. The 5th pool is Golden Pond.
The pools below are accessible only to guests staying in certain buildings on the property. These buildings have their own special pool bands that are required for entry. The following buildings have their own private pools:
- Majestic Sun (indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub)
- Ariel Dunes I
- Ariel Dunes II
Both Ariel Dunes I & II have zero entry pools which are perfect for small children.
