2023 - 2024 WINTER PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENTS AT SEASCAPE

The Seascape pickleball community hosted three (3) pickleball tournaments during the 2023-24 winter season at Seascape in Miramar Beach, Florida.

These were fun-filled tournaments with a focus on community-building and socializing at Seascape. All skill levels were invited to participate.

Player Eligibility Criteria

These pickleball tournaments were private events and registration was limited to the following:

Seascape deeded owners, 18+ yrs
Seascape rental guests with rental reservation documentation, 18+ yrs
Seascape guests invited by a Seascape owner, 18+ yrs – Space permitting, registration opens to non-Seascapers 3 weeks prior to the event

Player Registration Fees

The player registration fee is $50.00 per event. Registration fees are non-refundable and can’t be transferred to another person or spouse.

The early registration deadline is three weeks + one day (22 days) prior to the event date
Early registration discount ($10) is available to Seascape owners & renters (Seascape unit # will be verified via ownership or rental reservation)

After the early registration deadline passes, assuming availability, registration is open to Seascape guests invited by a Seascape owner.

Registration Process

To register for one or more tournament, players must complete & submit the Player Registration Form + payment as indicated on the form.

Player participation will be confirmed once payment is received and Seascape unit number is verified (via ownership or rental reservation).

Tournament Sponsorship

Thank you to all our wonderful sponsors for supporting our pickleball tournaments at Seascape.

There are five (5) sponsorship levels as well as discounts on sponsoring multiple winter tournaments. Refer to the Sponsorship Packet for more details. Tournament proceeds will be used to cover direct tournament expenses. A portion of the proceeds will benefit various local sea turtle non-profit organizations. Any remaining funds will be used for the benefit of the entire Seascape pickleball community.
